Mandate

AERIEL — the Aquatic Ecological Reclamation, Intervention & Enforcement League — exists to defend the living waters of the planet against those who would strip them bare. Where law is absent, captured, or asleep, the League acts. We are the unseen tide beneath a calm surface: the public face, GreenSky Aquatics, heals and breeds and teaches in the light; the League does what conservation alone cannot.

Founding article. The ocean does not petition. It does not wait for a hearing. Neither, when the hour demands it, do we. — Article I

Doctrine

  1. The ocean's mandate is first law. Every action serves the recovery of living water — never profit, never spectacle, never cruelty.
  2. Escalation is earned, not assumed. No hand moves past Observe without cause logged and justified up the tier ladder.
  3. Evidence over force. The strongest blow we strike is proof. We document first; we disrupt only what documentation cannot stop.
  4. No harm to the innocent. We strike nets, hulls, and ledgers — never crews who can be spared, never the waters we defend.
  5. Discretion is cultivated. What the League knows, the League holds. TIDEWATER-EYES-ONLY is not a stamp; it is a discipline.
  6. The registry is authority. The Universal Marine Registry is the single source of truth for what we protect and what we have found.

The Enemy

The League names its adversaries plainly: the faceless corporations that poison watersheds and call it overhead; the illegal fleets that strip-mine the pelagic dark beyond any flag's reach; the poaching syndicates that traffic in the last of a species. They are catalogued, profiled, and prioritised in the dispatch dossiers against the four-tier Intervention Doctrine.

Fleet Admiral Siren Restricted
On the Admiralty

One woman, two worlds

The public knows Dr. Evelyn Maris as the marine biologist who built GreenSky Aquatics into the most respected conservancy of its generation. Within AERIEL she is the Fleet Admiral the deep waters answer to — and certain questions about her are answered only at the highest clearance, and only in person.

What the record holds of the Admiral is held at the Restricted tier. Mystery, here, is policy. Read the file →

Command

The Admiralty

Strategic command under Fleet Admiral “Siren.” Final authority on Direct-Action escalation and on Restricted-tier disposition.

Fleet & Operations

The Hulls

Interdiction vessels, submersibles, and ROV swarms. Plans and prosecutes field operations.

Marine Science

The Registry

Husbandry, taxonomy, restoration, and the catalogue of all living things in the League's care.

Reality & Classification

Most of what the League does is plainly real: chemistry, hulls, nets, ledgers. A narrow set of findings is not — abyssal unknowns logged but unconfirmed, and matters pertaining to the Admiralty itself. These are held at the highest tier and marked Restricted in the registry. Mystery is not carelessness; it is policy. See the Cryptid & Unverified division.
