Certification Ladder
Every track shares one ladder. A member advances by logged course completion and assessed field performance — never by tenure alone.
- Provisional. Doctrine attested and core induction complete; supervised duty only.
- Operator. Track core certified; cleared for tasked operations under a qualified lead.
- Specialist. Advanced certification and assessed field record; may lead within track.
- Master. Cross-track depth and instructor qualification; sets standard and certifies others.
