Over a two-week window in early 2091, RV Tidewright and the Argus Swarm ran a covert Document-tier evidence build against Coral Crown Resorts plc, which was cutting a marina channel straight across a protected seagrass-and-mangrove shelf. Execution

Conducted under Document-tier rules: no contact, no interference, evidence only, chain-of-custody from first frame. Narrative log, condensed:

Baseline survey (Day 1). Tidewright established water-clarity and benthic baselines on the meadow margin clear of the plume, fixing a reference state for the before/after record.
