Field Operation Reports

Every field op closes with a Field Operation Report — a FOR — whether it was a single documentation sortie or a sustained Direct-Action campaign. The FOR is the League's chain-of-custody for its own conduct: what was authorised, at what intervention tier, what was done, and what evidence came home. Nothing leaves the water unlogged.

FOR standard — AE-OPS-0001. A report is not closed until it carries: a tier authorisation traceable to a dispatch dossier, a numbered execution log, an outcome with linked evidence, and a NEREID assessment. Reports above the Document tier require Admiralty counter-signature. — Article III, FOR Standard
